Why does it Matter?
Stress is one of the biggest culprits in activating MS symptoms. In this series, you’ll learn fast and easy ways to minimize stress so you have more control over living each day better with MS.
Who am I? Why did I develop this?
I’m Jen DeTracey. Eleven years ago, I was diagnosed with Relapse Remitting MS. After recovering from the serious brain inflammation which impacted the left side of my body, I experienced massive fatigue.
I felt lost and scared. The stress of managing my day to day life got out of my control.
Over the next five years, I dove right in and explored as many stress reducing techniques as I could find. Then I zeroed in on the ones that worked best.
This is when I developed The MS Stress Release Process. This process has significantly reduced the intensity and frequency of my vertigo symptoms. Ultimately, it has brought me more calm, peace and joy.
