Who am I? Why did I develop this?


I’m Jen DeTracey. Over Eleven years ago, I was diagnosed with Relapse Remitting MS. After recovering from the serious brain inflammation which impacted the left side of my body, I experienced massive fatigue.

I felt lost and scared. The stress of managing my day to day life got out of control. I made bad and regrettable decisions. I hit a extremely low place in my life. At this point, I realized that I needed to make significant changes to feel better about myself. 

Over the next ten years, I dove right in and began to explore how to move forward. Part of my journey involved recognizing how stress was playing out and the toil it was taking on me.

I started mediating and attend a meditation group. I explored how the brain works and how my behavior was impacted by stress and old wounds.

Over time I started learning and apply as many stress reducing techniques as I could find. There was a lot of trial and error along the way.

What I discovered is that understand simple neurology of the brain helped me to stop blaming myself. I was able to recognize that I'm a not alone with this challenges. It's a human condition.

Once I found specific stress release techniques that work successfully for me, I  starting applying them regularly. When I fall back into old ways, I'm less likely to beat up on myself the way I used to.

This is when I developed The MS Stress Release Process™. As a result of these tools and techniques, I've noticed a significant reduction in the intensity and frequency of my vertigo symptoms.  Ultimately, following these processes have brought me more calm, peace and joy.
